We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :)
Please help by posting all issues here.
The forum will be down for about an hour this weekend for maintenance. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I stopped by Mace Sports in Mebane today on my way back from Greensboro. I left without buying anything.
For one thing, their prices were through the roof (on everything, not just the current craziness).
For another, they have a prominent sign on the front door saying "if you're concealed...
In case you haven't heard...

My question to y'all is one of interpretation. Given a straightforward reading of the ordinance, does the phrase "and parks" stand alone or is it part of the "appurtenant premises" clause? In other words, do the parks...
Mr. Moderator, can I get this stickied please?
I was procrastinating about posting this, but developments in the following thread have jolted me out of my stupor:
Under the Freedom of Information Act and North Carolina's own...
I know this is better suited for the Georgia forum, but I think it applies to us as well. Lots of people claim OC isn't a deterrent for crime... that the criminals will just target you first. Here's one example where just the opposite happened...
