    Think this will fit here.

Don't know if this has been posted before. Apologies if it has. Saw this on another forum I visit. Posted today, but I see it is an older one that has had follow ups. NRA follows England Gun Ban. Will we go this route? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qGVAQOUi6ec&feature=player_embedded

Why not "OWN THE CIVILIAN VIDEOs"!? I believe that those individuals who do the "OWN THE COP VIDEOs", must run accross stops where the LEO is polite, respectful and simply does their job. They won't post those because (IMHO) it doen't fit their agenda. LEOs have the same access to the dash cam...

    Internal Directives!

How does one go about finding what a local PDs directive is, stating that OC is a legal activity in Ohio. At least that way if one is questioned they can at least say " Officer, your departments directive ### states that what I am doing is legal. It's not likely they would inform one if they...

    Wal-Mart is stupid.

I think it's alright to post this here. While it is about pistol ammo, it also refers to long rifle ammo. The context will explain it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UsZtloDLclk&feature=related Some rules (laws) are just plain crazy.

    Being facetious here!

But not really: A place of bussiness can refuse you entrance if you are armed, (and that's legal). Now, could (can) a bussiness on the other hand refuse you entrance if you are not armed? I would like to see someone go that route and see where it goes.

It's called a Stoner Holsters Strapless Shoulder Holster

My Nephew sent me this. Looks pretty decent and adaptable for the cost. Anyone here had any experience with it? I wouldn't actually consider it a Shoulder Holster though. Thanks William http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xn15inpa0KY

    SAFETY: ON or OFF?

I know. I keep mine on. Talking to someone who is under the assumption that If it is on that you waste time if you need to draw and fire. I tell him that misfires have happened that way. He doesn't think it's a big deal' IMPUT

    Need an ONSTAR

Type set up where you can call a number when you are stopped by an LEO. The calls would have to go to a state that allows the recording of phone calls where if the caller knows it is being recorded. Picking up the voice of an officer while you are talking to the site might bypass wire tap laws...

I know one can now have firearms in National Parks but I was wondering about State Parks in Ohio. I could not find anything on line (poor computer skills). Any help appreciated. Thank You, William

    When to inform.

I don't know if this has been addressed or not so I'll ask it here. At what point do you need to inform an LEO you are armed when not being stopped? Say you go in somewhere to eat lunch and are seated accross from an LEO or are behind one at the check out counter in a store. Do you inform them...

    This post is off topic.

But concerns the videos that are being posted concerning LEO behavior. I've been looking for an older one from TVs COPS. The LEO has pulled over a woman for a traffic violation. She is exercising her rights but in a grumpy manner (something else was IMO bothering her). She starts right off...

supreme Courtof Uninted States v. Martinez - Fuerte

On a forum I visit, Border patrol stops (within the US) is something being discusssed. The main issue is having to show ID when not suspect of anything. On poster who believes you should just show your ID and be on your way cited: UNITED STATES v. MARTINEZ-FUERTE ET AL. No. 74-1560. Supreme...
