    Time frame for CT Non Resident pistol permit

    Applied for my non resident Connecticut State pistol permit. Application Mailed out March 23rd, 2018 from NYC with a delivery date of March 24th to MIDDLETOWN, CT . The application process took 12 weeks from delivery to arrival. I think the process was a reasonable time.
