We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :)
Please help by posting all issues here.
The forum will be down for about an hour this weekend for maintenance. I apologize for the inconvenience.

So much for Texas being an "open carry state". The tyrants there apparently have not got the memo.
Just as I'm breathing new life into this thread ;-) ...
I believe the Bruen decision will breathe new life into the fight against the ban on open carry in a handful of states. Florida's "gun-rights-friendly" politicians should have fixed this years ago. Will they do it when they convene...
This tax case will now be heard by the original Fulton County judge that heard the 2014 Georgia Carry v. Atlanta Botanical Garden case, at the request of the attorneys for the defendants.

Perhaps there will soon be new successful challenges to existing infringements now that the new standard is the historical context.

When state lawmakers generally criminalize armed defense by citizens in K-12 schools knowing they are soft targets, and knowing that law-enforcement is subject to abject failure in mass shooter situations, they have blood on their hands in my view...

The GWCCA is looking into this themselves. Does nothing pass any muster for you? It's all just BS? LOL!
Many apologies for bringing back a musty, zombie thread. Hopefully, it can be put back down soon.
In the 2017-2018 legislative session, three Republicans sponsored HB 1015 which was supposed to put a stop to private entities leasing public property for public events, and then claiming they...
On Monday we won on the larger issue. All the details are a little weedy, but I think I did pretty good sorting it all out here:
