Anyone ever OC at The X Chili Cook Off at RIR?

It's coming up this weekend. I'm undecided on whether I wanna go for a multitude of reasons. I definitely don't want to order tickets online, even though it could save me $10 a pop, because of the 90% chance of rain. That's beside the point though... anyone ever go and OC? If so how did it turn...

Guess some of Virginia's mayors and this truck will have some sort of shindig.

http://gothamist.com/2011/02/16/mayor_bloomberg_kicks_off_anti-ille.php http://www.fixgunchecks.org/?no_splash=1 Seems like it's making its way south to mayors that support Bloomberg and are in his clan, or whatever he calls it.

New holster from Bladetech! I am pleased!

I have a leather holster for my Ruger Redhawk but I prefer a paddle so it can sit out a tad bit more and thus not require me to tuck in my shirt for OC as badly. When I don't tuck my shirt in with a close-to-the-body leather holster it tends to look goofy. Not so much with a paddle holster...

How does Bloomberg get away with employing others to commit crimes?

Why do the states that his "undercover agents" go to allow it? Aren't they capable of policing themselves? Wouldn't they be upset over it? Do they and the localities even have prior knowledge of the undercover cronies from NY being there? http://www.nbc12.com/Global/story.asp?S=13939369 Anyone...

http://i52.tinypic.com/5v2d1y.jpg "84.6%* of Virginians support changing the law to require..." An explanation of the percentage and where it came from was never found. Just what is Green Top's policy regarding open carry?

Richmond bartender threatens anyone carrying in his place of employment.

Warning, there is some profanity in this link and blog post: http://jackgoesforth.blogspot.com/2010/07/guns-and-alcohol.html Seems like he doesn't want anyone to carry a gun because he's worried that might be as unstable and as prone to violence as he is. Here is a response by a pro-gun...
