Anybody know of any news what is planned next for California post-McDonald?

1. concealed carry permits?
2. assault weaposn ban?
3. "safe gun" list?
4. loaded open carry?

I know it would take time, I am just curious. Maybe a wee bit excited?

California is big on civil rights - Use it to your advantage!!!

More lawsuits.

The 9th US Circuit is ripe with liberals that embrace expansive views on civil rights. Hopefully OCers in California take full advantage of this opportunity to beat the hell out of their petty tyrants, I mean overzealous state and local officials, with this legal club.
