If a state honors anotherstates permit (in. and sc) can I open carry in In. My daughetr lives there and this web sites says you cannotopen carry unless youhave an IN. License.Wouldnt reciproscity give me that option. Tx in advance and Happy New Year and I hope a Marry Christmas.

This has been discussed on here before, try doing a search. In order to OC or CC in IN you need a license/permit. Theoretically, you should be just fine to OC as long as you have a permit of some sort. I don't know if this has been tested though. IIRC, IN recognizes all other states' permits.
