Recall in 2013-today people arguing about magazine capacity, especially with AR mags that can hold a variety of sizes that effect its capacity.

I recently learned that DESPP actually has a test method ... so I requested it among other test methods.

DESPP has refused to allow the public to view this method under our FOIA Act/open records laws.

Clearly they are hiding something....

Be nice if there was any legal recourse in CT, wouldn't it?

Sure would be .. I filed an appeal but they have taken up my appeals w/o a court mandamus ruling.

Anyone got five hundred bucks to kill?

Or someone else can ask for the same records and file an appeal...likely would hear another person's case.
