Judge did order the day after I last posted, but misworded it. Court the following day was cancelled for reasons I wasn't told. For some silly reason, that particular judge now has to fix it. He hasn't been back since - they rotate the judges within the district. Clerk's office either doesn't know when he'll be back or won't tell me. Going back to Clerk Monday. Arrrrg.

Again, jumping thru Government hoops, for a natural right, to defend yourself and family.. Hence my theory, the right to keep and bear arms, is slowly becoming a Government issued privilege.. It must end!

Sorry. Missed the OC comments. Yes I OC in vehicle. Not outside in public. I was never a felon only charged with felonies. OC is not affected by charges in general.

Didn't want the hassle of a local LEO. I'm not a favorite of a couple of them. Most good folks and knowledgeable about the law. A few aren't. There are a lot more people OCing here so probably wouldn't have been noticed.
