I just spent a couple of hours having a "beer summit" with Stuart Rhodes, the founder of the Oath Keepers. at first I thought he would support open carry but not want involvement, Boy was I wrong.
He invited me to speak about Open Carry at their next meeting, and asked if he and some of the oath Keepers could join in on the Freemont get together, Theyalso want to bring their video crew. I told him I didn't see any problems with it. So I guees they are coming out. You can check em out at:

Ah, I like Oath Keepers. I went to a couple of their meetings once, good group. Was a bit skeptical at first, though there is nothing in the offical stance that I dissagree with.

as much as I would like to attend, it looks as though my services will be indispensable on that day and will be working. A shame because I would really like to hang with you guys again.

re: freemont street

should be no problem to be there. May even ride the motorcycle down. Any idea of any of the downtown casinos DO NOT allow OC? never had a problem on the strip, but don't visit downtown very often at all.

Ok, so we are meeting at the end, across from the Plaza. Main St. & Fremont St. Cool

I don't remember a stage there, but we will meet your stick figure right where you are in the pic.

Here's a question. Is it legal to OC in your car on the way there? Or do you have to carry it there in your trunk or some stupid thing like that?

OC and loaded while driving is legal to do so feel free just dont let your shirt or any other article of clothing cover your sidearm unless you have a current ccw with that weapon make/model on it. A seat belt does not constitute you concealing.

It was great to see familiar faces last night at Costco, even though it was a very sad occasion that brought us together. I am looking forward to seeing everyone again on Saturday and am very excited about meeting so many new OC'ers!

My wife is stoked about Sat night and meeting everyone. Last night she was like "I don't know what to wear...I want to wear something sexy, but something that OC'ing won't look dumb...and I don't want to wear heels, just in case I need to get Tactical on someone." Too funny.

As for her clothing, as usual, I told her "Nothing would be fine.":D

I too am having the same problem trying to come up with something sexy to wear. My wife has been very supportive. Saying just like Godzilla who was once a cute little lizard many years ago there is only so much we can do.

Okay, people are really concerned with what to wear? I say as long as you have your weapon on you it doesn't really matter what you are wearing...long as youre comfortable
But what do I know?
