I am going home to Perryville over Thanksgiving. I am stationed in Texas where we do not have OC. I am hoping to OC while home. I understand that each county in MO can set their own laws for OC. Is anyone here familiar with Perryville's OC laws or can you point me in the direction of a Lawyer? Thanks for all the help!
