I know that one bad cop doesn't make the whole department bad, but a cop who doesn't stand up for the rights of the people he/she has sworn to protect or for the Constitution which they have sworn to protect, they are JUST AS BAD as a cop who actually did violate someone's rights or confront someone who wasn't doing anything illegal w/o reasonable articulatable suspicion.....such as confronting someone in a bar for having a drink with a meal while carrying a gun.
