I do not want to sell guns, just ammo & acc. Reilly don't want an FFL.

An FFL is not required to sell ammunition, but a Federal license is required if you manufacture or import ammunition. See https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/USCODE-2010-title18/html/USCODE-2010-title18-partI-chap44-sec922.htm

§922. Unlawful acts

(a) It shall be unlawful—

(1) for any person—

...

(B) except a licensed importer or licensed manufacturer, to engage in the business of importing or manufacturing ammunition, or in the course of such business, to ship, transport, or receive any ammunition in interstate or foreign commerce;

As to Colorado, I don't know if a special license is required to sell ammunition.

Sorry, mis-read your post. The FFL is a firearms thing, so if you don't sell firearms, you don't need the FFL. Several places in Denver are accessories only type shops that don't sell the guns. Probably just a business license for wherever you are.
