Not according to rulings in other federal district courts. US V Deberry, and US V Black. There probably has been others I just had not had the time to look for them. It is only a matter of time before these LEA have their arses handed to them in federal court.

I would think so.

Texas' big problem is its proliferation of anti-carry businesses with signs that have weight of law. I'm not used to either of those. I can't tell you how many times I broke the law in Texas without really trying just because I wasn't being super diligent to not break the law.

I honestly will probably not OC in Texas.

I only know of two places: IKEA in Round Rock (near Austin) and the Sprouts Grocery Stores. All other "anti gun" signs I've seen are not legal, including San Antonio airport, TGI Fridays, and a handful of gas stations and other small businesses.

A few years ago, it seemed that every major car dealership had the required legal notices posted, but recently these seem to have been removed.... most likely because people like me wouldn't spend my hard earned money with them and would make a point of telling them so.

It passed with enough votes to override, but since they have checked out for the session, that can't happen.
He would likely never get another day of cooperation from congress if he did that. The electorate could go either way.

I don't really like crossdraw for a number of reasons. A forward cant with proper holster retention mechanisms and retention training would be plenty effective.
