Unenforcable with any firearm not sold by a dealer after the signing of the bill.

And unlikely to stand a challenge in the courts.

Shades of Washington State’s 2014 citien’s initiative 594
  1. All firearms sales or transfers in Washington, including by dealers, online, at gun shows, and between private persons, are subject to background checks unless specifically exempted.
  2. Requires firearm sales or transfers between unlicensed persons to be completed through a licensed dealer according to specified procedures, including a requirement that the dealer comply with all laws that would apply if selling the firearm from its own inventory.

Precedent established, therefore NV’s firearm buying citizens are screwed.

So sad to hear this. It's what happens when you let democrats take over your government. This is probably the start of all the crap to come. As an ex Nevadan I feel your pain...

Not sure it's just Democrats. Just what gov by any party thinks it can get by with.

KY state gov was controlled for over 50 yrs by Dems, yet stayed in the top 5 gun friendliest states in the nation.
