Sodium hypochlorite NaClO is much less expensive to ship, and 5 w/w in water makes ‘bleach’ solution. When you buy Clorox you are buying mostly water. Shipping water is stupid and expensive.

EYE BLEACH. Go read the label. A similar jug shape for convenience but it does not work on clothes. Just like Clorox does not work on eyes. Read the label on the Clorox bottle too. I think you will find it can be harmful to your eyes. EYE BLEACH is specifically designed and created to treat eyes. To remove and treat the damage caused by seeing something harmful.
