U.S. Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) unveiled his 65-point gun control plan called the “National Framework to End Gun Violence” that would:
1. force confiscation and ban MSRs and suppressors,
2. ban certain ammo,
3. require unworkable “smart tech” locking devices and microstamping requirements,
4. a 48-hour waiting period,
5. roll back the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act and
6. shut down FFLs that don’t operate from a brick-and-mortar location.
# 6 is a surprise...you mean there are FFLs working out of tents and so forth?
You keep plugging away and impress those Californians & antis with your bravado and expertise...
