PTA meeting at Logan's school, and they have one grade perform before each one. It's Logan's grade's turn that evening and he has a speaking part, so I have to prioritize that. Shame, I really enjoyed Pickle Barrel last time we were there.

I kinda wish skid were still around to see this. Those of you who've known Logan for the longest time might remember how he didn't talk until he was 3 or 4 years old. Skid, because he'd worked with some problemed kids in his past, once took me to one side and offered me some quiet words of encouragement telling me not to worry about it and that it would all work out eventually. Although he did get to see his words come true long before we lost him, I like to think he'd nudge my elbow and remind me of what he'd said.
