^ yeah, that. Bender knows full well what this ruling means and he has advised CADL that CC can be banned. It makes a good sound bite that "only the big bad open carry is banned". CC will go...no doubt about it.

I spoke with my State Senator, Mr. Bieda(d)...even he agreed we need uniformity in our firearm laws. Without a bill to read he still said he would support a bill to clarify and strengthen preemption. Has anyone else called their Senator or State Rep yet?

Boy she sounded confused and distracted. Called him Gary (like the CADL attorney's name). Good he got out that it wasn't a member that carried the "rifle". I mentioned this to the channel 6 reporter, but it didn't make the news.
