I ran into someone open carrying at Meijers today, and in our conversation he stated he did not have a CPL. My local Meijers sells alcohol. Is he breaking the law? I thought according to this chart, you can not carry a gun on any establishment licensed by the Michigan liquor act. Unless you have a CPL or have the owners permission. Which he argued he did not have or need because alcohol is not Meijers main source of sales. I wish I would of had this chart today.
If they did NOT have a CPL, you are correct, he was breaking the law...! I hope whoever it was finds this post and does not do it again, they could get seriously jammed up! :0

How about change federal bank to "federal reserve bank"?
Yer absolutely right Stainless, they can do that bein a private corporation an'all, that is their right. (not that I ever will find myself needin to be wanderin into any building labeled "federal reserve bank") So, It's not on my top ten list of concerns for today.420 huh,? I like it.
They could still invoke private property rights.
