I was talking with a guy I'd met this weekend & we began talking about the legality of carrying in a casino....
he works for a casino (unsure of what capacity) & mentioned that the "law" that's posted on the doors of the casino prohibiting firearms is more about the prohibition of minors than the law related to prohibition of firearms in Liquor establishments....
so....
The particular establishment he works at allows people 18-21 on the premises....
does this mean that carrying a firearm would not be prohibited or "illegal"? (and before soemeon gets on their high horse, yes, I'm aware of the difference between prohibited & illegal
as far as I'm aware, the prohibition (legally) of firearms in casinos is due to it being an area that is restricted to those 21 and over..if it's not restricted, then it shouldn't be illegal, correct?
edumucate me!
