I have no idea, BUT CN did do a show with a known leftist hit man. It appears that you want us to hide in the closet from this latest post. What you need has nothing to do with it, it was not your choice, and is not mine. Frankly I miss the age of the Norman Rockwell paintings, watching the Rifleman, Rawhide, crime dramas, as well Ohhh MY GOD cartoons with firearms. I have not bought into hiding in the closet gun culture. I have absolutely no use for political correctness. ...
I did some searching, and by no means a exhaustive search, CN nor the NRA have conducted a interview comparable to PVC's interview.
I would never consider using a "Gunimal", or other such stunts, to teach firearm safety and operation to young children. Firearms are not toys, nor should they ever be portrayed as a toy, especially to young children. PVC thought otherwise.
For better or for worse, I decided that I would play along with the scheme so I could find out who was behind this and where this was going. - Email from Philip Van Cleave of the Virgnia[sic] Citizens Defense League, February 20, 2018
No "Gunimals" at these educational events, even if for comedic purposes.
I'd like to bring my son or daughter, how old do kids need to be to come to an event?
If your child is old enough to safely handle a rifle by himself/herself and endure a long day of instruction, he/she is welcome to attend. A Project Appleseed event can be a great bonding experience for the whole family but be aware that some states require that a child is a certain age to handle a rifle. Other restrictions may apply.

Not a Jane Austin fan, but this quote does seem to be relevant here.
"You may well warn me against such an evil. Human nature is so prone to fall into it! ...I am not afraid of being overpowered by the impression. It will pass away soon enough." - Pride and Prejudice (Vol. III, Ch. 6), Jane Austen, published in 1813
This issue will be addressed by VCDL and PVC as they please.
I am not sure of your meaning regarding hiding in the closet. OCing every day is not, in my view, hiding in the closet, if that is what you are referring to.
