KJZZ reports that Handy’s legislation is House Bill 209. It would allow the confiscation of firearms from individuals who have made “a recent threat of violence” or who have been deemed to be “dangerous.” Other factors can also result in confiscation.

This whole bill applies to Democrats and criminals. Oh, they both are the same. Number 18. I mean really? People aren't allowed to get frustrated? Acting violently? Is very broad. Anything goes depending on who is reporting. Witness: Officer the perp is acting violently.
Officer: What is he/ she doing? Witness: Throwing stones and saying yeeha!
Throwing stones could mean so many things. Yeeha could mean so many things. They are using red Flag laws to infringe on the first Amendment!
