Copied this from Arkansas Carry. You might want to keep this in mind if you live in the Waldron area.

During Saturday's open carry shopping event at the Waldron Trade days, we were welcomed with open arms by everyone except the owner of the Wildhorse Gun and Pawn, Roy Hoppmeyer had posted signs at his store and was turning away any customers open carrying a loaded handgun.

You know, it's certainly his right to make that decision for his establishment and I respect that. The only issue I have with it is, I had payed him a visit just two days before, as a professional courtesy to find out if he was comfortable with open carry in his place of business. After our discussion, he shook my hand and told me that customers open carrying would be welcomed with open arms. A man only gets a chance to look me in the eye and lie while shaking my hand one time; I have spent my last dime in there.
