UPDATE - Not looking so good
Ok guys. The initial response from the corporate office was great, as I stated previously. I thought that the issue was done and settled. I guess I was wrong.
This was received earlier today:
Dear Mr. Thibodeaux
We would like to follow-up with you regarding the complaint that you filed with the Consumer Connection Center. As you will recall we mentioned at that time that we would contact the retailer.
As of today, we have not received a response from the station. The role of the Consumer Connection Center is to resolve customer problems when we are able at our company owned stations, to act as a mediator between the customer and a retailer or marketer, and to facilitate a reimbursement when warranted. Many times a dispute can be resolved to the satisfaction of both the customer and the retailer. Unfortunately, there are times when it is not possible to reach a resolution, because we reached an impasse on this matter. We recommend that you contact the retailer directly.

When I have the opportunity, I am going to contact the store manager directly and attempt to resolve the issue. I wrongly assumed that the corporate office would handle the situation and be done with it. I guess not. It may take me a little while to contact the manager due to my work situation. I'll try to keep you guys posted when I get the chance to call.
