As you enter the BX portion of the building just walk straight to the back of the store and you will see it.

Uhh, it's been there in the "Adventure" section since I got back in February of '11 and it had been there for a bit before then. It is in the BX just in the rear of the store. Know that when you buy a gun you can't buy ammo for the gun that day at the BX (thanks Ft Hood) and that when you buy it you immediately have to leave the base (they will escort you out of the store).
