I went to the starbucks in parkland after church like I do every week. There was a SO vehicle in the parking lot. After I walked in, guess who got out of his car and got in line behind me? Think he may be trying to get me to do something stupid to ruin my chances at a lawsuit.

Don't know if it's South Sound but...

Walmart in Bremerton for some socks. Nothing happened.

Safeway in Bremerton for some chili dogs fixings. Nothing happened.

Off to Blockbuster now. Something tells me...nothing will happen.

A guy in his Navy uniform asked me if they passed a law allowing OC because I had a drop leg on. I let him know that it is legal and has been legal to do so (I don't have pamphlets since my printer has no ink =[ ). He told me that he didn't have a firearm but was planning on buying one. I hope he joins in the open carry.

Silverdale Mall
I was escorted out by two security officers and informed I was not to carry a firearm while in the store. They have a piece of printer paper at every entrance with their policy. It does state firearms on it, though I didn't even know it was there. They also mention "No knives with blades over 2 inches" and "Nothing that can be used as a weapon".

Silverdale Halloween store (can't remember the name)
No problems there. They may have thought it was part of a costume though.

Bremerton Costume Shop
No problems. The ladies at the counter were very nice.

Apple Physical Therapy (Puyallup) - CC'd but my Massage Therapist didn't care and actually encouraged it.

Surplus Ammo (Lakewood) - Met up with DevilDoc to check this place out. bought some ammo on the second trip

Denny's (Lakewood / Bridgeport) - No issues, Doc handed a pamphlet to one of the servers

Tactical Tailor (Lakewood) - Yummy store. I might need to take out a second loan to shop here.

Rainier Guns (Bridgeport / Lakewood) - This guy thinks OC is ONLY for when going to the range and outdoor activity. He had a few words about it with someone else in the group but basically thumbed his nose at Paddy and me. /shrug

My Kitchen - Ani had a few words about it, but crime deterred. No one steals my Frito Chili Pie!

Wendy's (Tacoma Mall Area) - Went in and had a quick lunch. No issues

Video Only (Tacoma Mall Area) - spent a good 1/2 hour walking around. I had my own sales rep for questions and had no issues. I was given a business card to come back.

Half Price Books (Tacoma Mall Area) - No issues. I was there a good 15 minutes in the gamers / video games section. No good AD&D books I need either.

Verizon (Half Price books parking lot) - CC'd cause with security I am not sure,. I saw no sign about firearms so will OC it next trip.

Shoulda told them that they are jepordizing your safety by banning firearms in their stores, and their lack of support for Washington state law is unAmerican.

My exact quote was "When you treat the second amendment as important as your money, call me and I'll reinstate my membership."

havent posted here in a few days, however I feel I have calmed down enough to finally post this encounter I had:

I OC'd into Rainier Arms off of Bridgeport in Lakewood. The (owner I guess) was busy with two people in front of me so I looked around the (tiny) store and waited till he was available as I wanted to specially request a few items that are EXTREMELY RARE to find, but important for my G.O.O.D kit.

After he became available I asked him about the items I needed and he looked them up on his distributor network and told me they averaged about 60$ each. I needed 4 of them.

As he was taking my info down for the special order he began to inform me that OC was illegal in WA state unless someone had a specific reason for it such as hunting or fishing. I proceeded to tell him that first and foremost self defense is the MOST legitimate reason to carry a handgun and that secondly that part of the law, .060 applied only to loaded carry inside a car without a CPL. He argued some more (this is the point that I wished I had some fliers but SOMEONE still has mine in their car.....) He also told me that ANYONE who OC's will get their gun taken away and NEVER get it back....per state law....Anyways, long story short after a while of this back and forth he informed me "I have been in this business for 18+ years, I know the law. I know that Open Carriage(sic) is illegal in Washington State unless you have a legitimate reason." At this point the phone rang and I walked out of his store.

I know Goose and Paddy went back in there later, however I PERSONALLY would HIGHLY reccommend not shopping there.

I thought I had heard such before. Good thing I am leaving Verizon then. Their customer service needs work anyhow. I should get an in-ear radio like the one that gives voices to Squeak :) I know, stop ruining your secrets ....

In business 18+ years doing what, shoveling $#!t?

Brady, this guy is a piece of work, let me tell you. When Paddy and I went in there, he burned a hole through the back of Paddy's head with his eyes and at Paddy's gun. He must've been there a good 5 minutes without turning away. As i was checking out the XD's, he asked if we were coming from the range, I said no my range day is Wednesday. He continued to stare down the back of Paddy as paddy was on the phone with somebody. He then snorted and went to his desk and ignored me the rest of the time. He kept looking back to Paddy for some reason. I guess a guy saying over and over the store had some good stuff and prices deserves some oogling?

10/6 Arco Station on Hwy 99

There were about 6 or 8 young gang type at the Arco as I stopped in after dark to get gas. As I walked into the station, I heard a hush and some mumbling. I walked back to my car and watched as all 8 of the young gang type got into 3 or 4 cars and left.

I thought I felt something on the back of my head...

Gee, I may have to reconsider my recommendation of shopping at that store... If it weren't for the anti OC and "I know the law, I'm right, you're wrong" attitude of the owner, it would be a great place.
